Hey,
My name is Rachel. This is my blog. I figured you might want some kind of introduction before I jump right into the whole baking thing. So here it goes.
I guess I'll tell you about myself. I'm 14 and I've been baking since I was 9. Some people say I'm pretty good, so I decided it was time to become a blogger that way the world can see my creations. I mainly do cupcakes...lots and lots of cupcakes. But then there's the cookies I bring into school and the popovers for any holiday dinner. If there aren't popovers, my whole family would disown me. It's probably my signature dish. I'm also pretty well known as the girl who makes challah. I've made a few pizzas as well. But I'm always looking for new ideas, so who knows what we'll come across during this journey. I guess I'll be keeping you on your toes that way!
Since baking and going on the internet are two of my biggest hobbies, I don't have much else to say. But you can be sure I'll post consistently.
